Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy Technician

Salary: £23,718 - £25,686 ILW Pro Rata 17.5 x2  (Daytime, Saturdays and Evening Rota)        
Location: Centre for Life Long Learning, N4 London

About the role:
We require two Hair Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy Technicians to work on a part time basis with flexible rotas consisting of daytime, Saturdays and evenings. These roles are to provide technical support to the curriculum area within the Centre for Life Long Learning, working closely with support staff, lecturers and students. The roles entail management and provision of laundry services, stock control and maintenance of equipment, dealing with enquiries from students, staff, and the public and ensuring the effective running of the Salon reception.

About you:
With a qualification in either Hairdressing or Beauty therapy, you will have a minimum of three years experience of working within the Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing industry. Experience of sales and product /stock control and an understanding of ordering/purchasing systems are essential. You will possess a good understanding of how a professional salon reception should operate and an excellent customer care skills and ICT skills.
